EMPLOYEE DIES AFTER FALLING OFF ROOF

Two roofers were laying down adhesive plastic as a water and ice shield approximately 20 feet above the ground on the edge of a roof on a residential building under construction. While standing on the roof, the two workers attached the plastic self adhesive product onto the roof. One employee stepped backward and fell to his death on the ground.
