Two employees injured in fall after ladder breaks

Employees #1 and #2 were climbing a ladder to the roof of a building. Employee #1 was in the lead when the ladder snapped and he fell 25 ft. Employee #2 fell 8 ft. Both workers sustained injuries that required hospitalization.
