Investigation Summary
On June 13, 2002, Employee #1, a temporary laborer, was operating a Gloucester C-1 thermal bag making machine. While performing her duty of removing plastic bag bundles from a wicket needle conveyor, her left arm became caught by the conveyor and pulled into its return. A 5-in. metal wicket needle punctured her left forearm.
