Employee Fractures Leg When Vehicle Flips Over

On March 28, 2007, an employee sustained a fractured right femur after being thrown from, then struck by a small utility vehicle that flipped over after its operator failed to successfully negotiate a sharp turn. The employee was hospitalized for five days and treated for a fractured leg.
