Employee's Foot Is Crushed Under Crane

On February 24, 2006, Employee #1 was part of a crew changing out a 0.88-in. cable on a 50-ton mobile crane. He was standing on top of the crane guiding the cable onto the drum. His foot was under the power down gear and was caught. He sustained a crush tip of the big, middle and third toe on the left foot and was hospitalized.
