Investigation Summary
At approximately 2:30 p.m. on June 15, 2005, Employee #1 of Bigham-Taylor Roofing, was on a first-floor roof laying roofing paper when the he slipped and began to fall. He grabbed the roofing paper to stop falling, but the paper ripped and he fell off the roof approximately 10 ft to the ground, fracturing bones in his left arm. He was admitted to Kaiser Medical Center in Vallejo, CA.
