Employee Strikes Head on Shelf

On July 26, 2005, Employee #1 was retrieving a Crown Lift Truck, Model Number WAV 50-84, and Serial Number 10A11205, from under the shelf of a rack where it had been parked. She struck her head against the underside of the shelf. She was not hospitalized for the injury.
