Employee's finger amputated in rollers of dough machine

Employee #1, a supervisor at a bakery, was making French bread. He was scraping dough in the hopper and talking to another supervisor. Employee #1's right index finger became caught in the machine's unguarded rollers and was amputated. Employee #1 was hospitalized.
