Employee Falls Into Tank and Suffers Unspecified Fracture

On September 6, 2002, an employee was in an access tunnel returning to a recarbonation tank where he had been installing waterproofing. He accidently fell approximately 10 feet into the tank. A coworker at the end of the work shift found the employee. The employee suffered an unspecified fracture that did not require hospitalization.
