Employee Dies After Falling Twelve Feet To The Concrete
Employee #1, an ironworker, died after falling twelve feet to the concrete slab and suffering a concussion. He bolted purlins to the rafters. Minutes before the incident, he was observed sitting astraddle on the rafters.
