Employee injured from fall off of I-beam

On November 14, 2001, Employee #1 was constructing of a metal structure when he lost his balance and fell of an I-beam. He fell approximately 22.5 ft striking the basement concrete floor. The impact of the fall caused him to sustain multiple injuries. He was hospitalized to receive medical treatment for a contusion on his right shoulder, and a laceration on his head and on his right hand.
