Employee Falls from Back of Truck Bed

Employee #1, a driver for Fed Ex Freight, was delivering material to the new Rocklin Police Department in Rocklin, CA. Employee #1 opened the roll-up door at the back of the trailer and was positioning a pallet with a pallet jack when he stepped back and fell off the truck bed. He fell approximately 4 ft. Employee #1 suffered a fracture to his right arm and was hospitalized for 3 days due to his injury.
