Employee Fractures Leg in Fall from Ladder

At 9:30 a.m. on July 26, 2010, Employee #1, the foreman for G E Builders Inc., was pulling material from the roof of a residential car garage. Employee #1 was using an 8 ft Werner fiberglass ladder. For some reason, the ladder started to move, causing Employee #1 to jump. Employee #1 sustained a broken right leg and was hospitalized.
