Carpenter is injured in fall

At approximately 11:00 a.m. on October 9, 2003, Employee #1, a carpenter, was rolling hip trusses along the top plate of a house under construction. He fell 18 ft 6 in. to the concrete floor. Employee #1 was hospitalized for fractures to both ankles.
