Investigation Summary
At approximately 11:55 a.m. on June 6, 2003, Employee #1 was trimming and adjusting vent piping on the tiled roof of a two-story single-family residential structure when he fell approximately 17.5 ft. After being transported to the Inland Valley Medical Center, he was transferred by helicopter to the Arrowhead Regional Medical Center in Colton where he was hospitalized for a concussion, torn left knee ligaments, and a fractured wrist.
