Employee's fingers amputated while adjusting a capper

At approximately 9:30 p.m. on December 13, 2001, Employee #1 had two fingertips of his left hand amputated while adjusting the timing on Capper #1. The employee was transported to an occupational medical clinic and then to San Antonio Community Hospital in Upland. He was treated in the emergency room and released.
