Employee's foot fractured when caught in conveyor

At approximately 7:10 p.m. on July 26, 2001, Employee #1 was replacing a defective cart on a conveyor system when his right foot was caught between a moving part and the frame of the conveyor. Employee #1 was hospitalized with a fractured foot.
