Investigation Summary
At approximately 2:00 p.m. on November 23, 2005, Employee #1 was working as a roofer for The Gutter Doctors, cleaning gutters in Woodside, CA, when he fell approximately 6 to 8 feet from the ladder he was using. He sustained a concussion, and he was hospitalized. Employee #1 did not remember much about what happened prior to his fall; all he remembered was waking up in the hospital. The ladder was in good condition. There were no witnesses to the accident.
