Employee Shot in Knee with Nail Gun

At approximately 7:35 a.m. on July 30, 2004, Employee #1 was using a nail gun to install plywood sheeting on a roof. The nail gun got caught in his tool belt, unexpectedly shooting a nail into Employee #1's left knee. Employee #1 was hospitalized for treatment of the resultant puncture wound.
