Employee punctures breast by sharp instrument

On February 4, 2004, Employee #1 was placing a contaminated dental instrument on the Biosonic machine, which was used for sterilization. Employee #1 carried this instrument backwards with the sharp end facing her breast. Employee #1 punctured herself on her upper left breast and sustained a laceration.
