Cut to the leg from powered hand saw

On October 28, 2003, Employee #1 was using a powered hand saw to cut the subfloor. While cutting the saw blade reached the metal edge of the rim joist and kicked back, severely lacerating Employee #1's hip and leg and requiring hospitalization.
