Investigation Summary
At about 10:30 p.m. on August 13, 2003, Employees #1 and #2 were filling a bucket using a hose attached to a mixer faucet to clean the floor of an exhibition building. After turning on the hot water only, the hose burst, spraying them with very hot water. Both were hospitalized for burns.
