Employee Suffers Concussion In Fall From Trailer

At approximately 11:08 a.m. on July 31, 2003, Employee #1 was covering the top of a waste trailer load. Employee #1 was approximately 14 ft above ground level when he fell backwards off the trailer hitting the road. Employee #1 received a serious head injury and was hospitalized for five day.
