Employee struck by forklift

At approximately 5:00 p.m. on January 14, 2002, Employee #1, of Petrini Van & Storage, joined other employees trying to free a fork lift that was stuck in the dirt in the truck yard. Another fork lift was used to lift the first one, and as the first fork lift was lowered, its spinning wheels contacted the ground. The forklift shot forward and trapped Employee #1 against a parked truck trailer. The employee was hospitalized with fractures.
