Employee's finger lacerated in mixing tank

Employee #1 and his supervisor were trying to fix a chocolate mixing tank by replacing a sharp mixing blade which had fallen to the bottom of the tank. As Employee #1 was scooping chocolate out he was cut by the sharp blade which had sprung loose from the bottom. His left index finger was severely lacerated.
