Employee injured when wall fell on him

At approximately 1:30 p.m. on September 7, 2001, a crew of construction workers was demolishing a wooden wall. An attempt was made to pull the wall down by means of a rope tied to the wall's top, but without success. While the men discussed their next move, another worker, Employee #1, pulled the rope, and the wall fell, striking him and fracturing his ankle. He was hospitalized for his injuries.
