Employee's Foot Is Injured by Nail Gun

On January 17, 2006, Employee #1, with Southland Framers, Inc., was installing beams when he lost his balance. After he recovered his balance, he realized that he had shot a nail into his right foot with his nail gun. A foreman transported Employee #1 to HDMG Occupational Medicine Center. He was later hospitalized at Antelope Valley Hospital for a fractured right toe. There were no witnesses to the accident.
