Investigation Summary
At approximately 2:30 p.m. on December 22, 2005, Employee #1 was framing the roof of a residential home under construction, when he slipped and fell approximately 21 feet, 3 inches. He suffered a fractured left leg and neck and was transported to Holy Cross Hospital and then transferred to Northridge Hospital where he was hospitalized with his injuries.
