Employee Injured in Fall from Ladder and Dies the Next Day

On November 11, 2004, Employee #1 was seriously injured in a fall from a ladder. Employee #1 was taken to the hospital where he was diagnosed with multiple fractures of the skull and serious brain injuries. Employee #1 died from his injuries on November 12, 2004.
