Investigation Summary
At approximately 7:00 a.m. on April 9, 2004, Employee #1 was working for Edge Development of Palmdale, California, a general contractor for school construction. The employee tripped on the curb on his way out of building "B" and landed face first on a batter board. Employee #1 was hospitalized at Holy Cross Hospital for one and half days to treat a seizure.
