Employee injured in fall from scaffold

On May 22, 2006, Employee #1 was working for a plastering contractor at a new residential project. He was standing on a 6 ft scaffold, putting in foam, when he lost his balance and fell. Employee #1 suffered a hand injury but did not require hospitalization.
