Employee Dies from Heart Attack While Hanging Drywall

Employee #1 was hanging drywall in a single-story residential building under construction. He was working from a 3-foot stepladder, when he fell off the ladder and landed on his face. He stopped breathing, and emergency services transported him to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead. The Coroner's report stated that the employee died from a massive heart attack.
