Investigation Summary
At approximately 2:40 p.m. on May 24, 2001, an employee was using a 16-foot metal extension ladder that was leaning against a cinder block wall. As he was stringing an electric line, the feet of the ladder slipped. The employee lost his balance and fell to the ground. He was taken to the hospital for treatment of his injuries.
