Employee fractured leg in a fall from truck

At approximately 2:30 a.m. on December 13, 2000, Employee #1 attempted to start his truck in several ways, including releasing the brakes, but was unsuccessful since the battery was low. Employee # 1 then went to get another truck, so he could jump start his truck. As he was getting into the cab of the second truck, the first truck started rolling. Employee #1 was in a hurry and fell out of the cab of the second truck 4 ft to the ground. He fractured his left lower leg and was taken to the hospital, where he stayed for three days.
