Investigation Summary
Employee #1, a laborer for Curb Ranch, was driving a Massey-Ferguson tractor down a steep dirt road. He was making a right turn when he lost control of the tractor and it flipped over. Employee #1 was thrown from the seat and crushed under the vehicle's left wheel. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
