Employee Is Killed When Run over by Front End Loader

At approximately 7:30 a.m. on August 11, 2002, Employee #1 was behind a Volvo front end loader Number 404 that was backing up to pick up a bucket of corn. The loader backed over him and he suffered massive head injuries. Employee #1 was killed.
