Forklift Overturns Hospitalizing Driver

At approximately 1:20 p.m. on September 11, 2000, a serious injury occurred to a forklift driver. As he was making a turn the forks clipped a large telephone pole. This caused the forklift to tip over on its side. The employee's head hit the concrete and the employee suffered head fractures and lacerations. He was hospitalized for approximately two months.
