Investigation Summary
At approximately 5:00 p.m. on February 10, 2000, a farm labor van carrying 14 Employees was struck by an automobile. The automobile was eastbound when it ran a stop sign. The van was a 1972 Dodge, License Number 16472M. The workers in the van were on their way home after working a ten hour shift pruning pistachio trees. Employee's #1-14 were hospitalized with bruises, contusions, and abrasions.
