Employee's fingertip amputated while moving tire machine

Employee #1 had been hired for the day to help move equipment in a tire shop. He was moving an RC15 tire machine, which was used to mount passenger tires, when the swing arm at the machine's top moved, amputating the tip of his left index finger.
