Employee Falls 20-Feet From A Roof

On August 13, 2001, Employee #1, a construction worker of AMQ Roofing Incorporated in Escondido, California, slipped off the edge and fell approximately 19 feet to 20 feet from the roof of a two-level house, while doing roofing work. Employee #1 fractured his right elbow and was hospitalized for 2 days at Sharp Memorial Hospital in San Diego.
