Employee fired nail into his arm while operating nail gun

On June 18, 2001, Employee #1, a carpenter, was working from the top plate while installing the second floor joists. Employee #1 was operating a pneumatic nail gun. He lost his balance and fired a nail into his left arm. He received first aid at the scene and was then transported to the Sharp and Chula Vista Medical Center.
