Employee injured in fall from header plate

At 1:00 p.m. on June 20, 2001, Employee #1 was working as a carpenter for Timber Ridge Framing in Santee, California. Employee #1 was walking on the header plate when he lost his balance and fell approximately eight or nine feet to the ground. Employee #1 suffered bruises to his arm from the fall and was transported to Mercy Hospital in San Diego.
