At approximately 3:30 p.m., on September 22, 2011 Employee #1 of York & York Attorneys at Law was at her table doing her paper works. When she needed to get some stuff at the back of their office, Employee #1 tripped on the cable of the electric typewriter while she was about to stand from her chair, lost her balance and fell on the floor.
