Investigation Summary
At approximately 11:00 am, on September 28, 2010, Employee #1 of Santa Rosa City School District collapsed while talking with other employees. Emergency responders were called, and Employee #1 was transported to Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital, where she was pronounced dead approximately one hour later of a possible heart attack.
