Investigation Summary
At approximately 2:00 p.m. on May 1, 2010, Employee #1, who was employed by a temporary employment agency, was helping to set up a tent for the contracting employer. For unknown reasons, Employee #1 fell from one deck to another deck, located approximately 20 feet below. Employee #1 sustained lacerations, in addition to fractures of his left wrist and pelvis. He was taken to Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital and hospitalized. Someone notified the Santa Rosa District Office about the accident at 9:40 a.m. on May 3, 2010.
