Investigation Summary
At approximately 7:45 p.m. on January 19, 2010, Employee #1 and a coworker were spreading a tarp on the roof of a one story cottage. Employee #1 fell off the roof which was approximately 12 ft high. His ribs were fractured. He was hospitalized at St. Helena Hospital for three days for treatment of his injuries.
