Investigation Summary
On September 20, 2008, Employee #1, a buildings and grounds supervisor for the public school district, was cutting lumber to repair the deck of a portable classroom. While completing the cut with a portable Skilsaw (Model Number:HD77, Serial Number: HH-127533) the saw kicked back and cut the fingers of his hand, causing serious unspecified injuries.
