Employee's Ankle Is Broken When Struck by Mower

At approximately 9:30 a.m. on February 28, 2008, Employee #1, a tractor equipment sales clerk, was in the yard with a coworker. The coworker, a forklift operator, was moving a flail mower (Serial Number 0625-TV; Model Number BK2135). The mower fell on employee's left foot, breaking his ankle. Employee #1 was hospitalized.
