Employee Trips and Fractures Wrist

On July 9, 2010, an employee of a local government office tripped over a stool and sustained a fractured right wrist, which required surgery. The employee, while walking, had failed to look in the direction of travel and failed to see the stool in the aisle. The employee was hospitalized and treated for his injuries.
