Employees injured in fall from winch line

On January 8, 2002, Employees #1, #2 and #3, were erecting structural steel. They were attached to a winch line on the ground. A Bobcat came around a corner and snagged the winch line, lifting Employees #1, #2, and #3 off the ground to 30 ft. The line released from the Bobcat and the employees fell to the ground. Employee's #1, #2, and #3 were all hospitalized with fractures.
